The health benefits of wine consumption
One of the most frequently asked questions from my patients is whether it is good for wine. There is much controversy about this issue lately and for that reason. While research supports the benefits of drinking wine, especially red before, also shows that alcohol consumption will be strong negative vice versa.
So if I am asked the question that food, I explain that the wine may be good for you and moderation as part of a global strategy on health. In other The words, the amount of wine you drink matters tremendously. If you have more than what is recommended, your health benefits are lost to drink and increase your health risks.
Here's what must be safe and efficient:
Men: no more than two drinks per day. Women: No more than one drink per day. One drink is the wine down a 5 oz glass of red or white. And no one can save you're not one or two drinks per day and have all weekend!
Why all the curiosity> Wine health benefits in the first place? The intrigue began in '90, when a study by French researchers puzzled people up, trying to determine why they do not suffer from heart attacks than diets with higher fat cheeses.
The results showed that it was wine because of its constant and moderate supply. Long after this discovery, a myriad of health research will continue to promote the drinking of wine forever. Early studies show a large healthbenefits from the healing power of resveratrol, an antioxidant found in red skin, and then in red wine. But now you will also benefit both from whites.

It 'nice to discover that something you can really enjoy good health. ThoughI do not recommend to my patients over just because the news is good. A word of caution worth repeating, exaggerating nothing is a recipe for disaster and can "lead to bigger health problems. I mean, before you go and enjoy your glass of wine now know that this is a choice beverage healthy!
